Lori McCullers,
OPPC-I, OIFP-II, TIC-III
Founder / Lead Consultant
Lori McCullers is the founder and lead consultant of Waypoint Solutions Consulting. Her work is rooted in education, behavioral health, family support, advocacy, social justice, and a deep belief that people do best when they are supported by strong, relationship-centered systems.
Lori brings experience working across age groups and settings, including early childhood programs, schools, family-serving organizations, behavioral health spaces, and community-based initiatives. Her work has included consultation, professional development, parent education, behavior support, prevention education, program improvement, fiscal management, and systems-level guidance.
Beyond her professional experience, Lori’s work is also shaped by her advocacy and volunteer service. She has served in community spaces, supported family-centered programs, and volunteered with organizations focused on connection, resilience, inclusion, and access to meaningful support. These experiences help her approach the work with both professional expertise and real-world understanding.
Lori is committed to practices that honor the culture, dignity, identity, and lived experiences of children, families, professionals, and communities. Her approach is practical, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that stronger systems should also be more equitable systems.
At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to help people feel more equipped, more understood, and better supported.
